From laying the foundations to scaling up and training the team, I help companies sell and market the way today's buyers actually buy.

Who I usually work with

Owners and sales and marketing leaders at small and mid-sized companies in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf who want growth they can plan for.

What I commit to — and what I don't

I can guarantee clear priorities, a plan you can execute and a better-prepared team. The numbers come from execution, and I'm with you every step of the way.

Why now

  1. 01

Buyers make up their minds before they call

They search, compare and ask AI first. By the time they reach your team, they're halfway to a decision, and an old-school pitch loses them.

  2. 02

Speed is now part of what you sell

A message left unanswered for minutes is a deal handed to a competitor. Follow-up can't depend on who happens to be on shift. It has to be a system.

  3. 03

Ads buy attention. They don't close deals.

Reach gets more expensive every year. What decides your return is everything after the click: the message, the offer, the reply and the follow-up.

Companies that adapt early pull ahead. The rest pay more for less.

Selected work

The challenge
They asked for a full AI operating system for the business. Once it was mapped out, the real priority was clear: sales, now.
What I did
I designed the full system, then worked with leadership to start with the piece closest to revenue: a WhatsApp sales agent that takes a lead from the first message to a closed sale, then alerts the team and books the appointment.
The outcome
A fast start with a tight scope and a seven-day delivery window, plus a clear path to expand.

How it works

  1. 01

    See what's really happening

The Clarity Session looks at how your sales and marketing actually run, not how they're supposed to.

  2. 02

    Set the growth path

You leave with clear priorities: what to start, what to park and what to stop.

  3. 03

    Get the team moving

Through a workshop, a roadmap or monthly growth advisory. Or your team takes it from there on its own.

  • A décor startup: a launch plan with two routes

    The challenge
The founder had a decision to make: invest now to grow faster, or grow step by step from revenue?
    What I did
I built a launch, operations and growth strategy with two routes, one investment-led and one self-funded, along with a sales system to manage leads, follow-up and closing.
    The outcome
Two costed options on the table instead of a decision made on instinct.
  • A marketing and production company: a structure built for growth

    The challenge
The company had grown and diversified, and needed clear roles and decision rights before its next wave of hiring.
    What I did
I rebuilt the organization into six departments and 35 roles, with a responsibility matrix showing who decides, who delivers and who is consulted, plus a phased hiring plan.
    The outcome
Every decision has an owner, and every role has clear boundaries.

The person behind the work

Ashraf Ibrahim — sales and marketing advisory and training for companies in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf.

I started in 2009 as a field salesman and learned one rule early: whoever spots the change first and moves, wins. That rule took me to AED 4M in sales in a single year, then to leading teams and running businesses, and to training more than 300 people across six countries. Today I help companies build the foundations, grow and train their teams, so they lead the next shift instead of reacting to it.
