About Ashraf

I started in 2009 as a field salesman, back when deals were won in person, over the phone and through relationships.

Then smartphones and social media arrived and rewrote the rules: how customers found you, how they asked, how they decided. I watched some companies cling to what they knew and fall behind, while others caught the change early and pulled ahead.

Being in the field meant I saw those shifts before they showed up in any report, and I learned to move before everyone else. That habit took me to AED 4 million in sales in a single year as a salesman, then on to leading teams and running businesses, helping companies grow across the Gulf and training more than 300 people in six countries.

Credentials

Ashraf is a certified trainer. His credentials are recognised by three independent bodies:

The Future Insights Academy certificate is in hand. CPD Standards Office (UK) and TVTC certificates are being issued.

Your customers research, compare and all but decide before they ever speak to you. Teams still selling and marketing by yesterday's rules are losing deals they never even see.

That's why I work with companies that don't want to wait: reading the market with them, building solid commercial foundations, leading their growth and training their teams for what comes next.

If you've lived through the last shifts from the field, you know how to get through the next one.

  1. 01

    Field-proven, not theoretical

Everything I recommend has been tested in a real market, with real customers and real targets.

  2. 02

    Clarity before budget

I won't suggest spending a riyal until we know where it will make a difference.

  3. 03

    People before tools

AI and systems multiply a team that knows what it's doing. They can't build one.

  4. 04

    Written to be used

Everything I deliver is built to be put to work the next day, not filed away.
